NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Our Annual General Meeting will take place on
Saturday, March 24, 2012
starting at 9:00am sharp at the
Herbert Carnegie Centennial Centre
Silver Blade Room
580 Finch Avenue West
North York
Pursuant to our Constitution all members must, by no later than
12:00pm March 4, 2012
- Pay any monies owed; and
- Provide the following:
- Membership Application Form signed by the President or the Secretary (a form is attached);
- List of elected and appointed officers for the 2012 season;
- A copy of your last published constitution, plus copies of any amendments approved since its publication. This Constitution must meet the Ontario Soccer Association minimum requirements;
- Audited Financial Statement;
- Membership fee of $100.00.
- Copy of club’s registration form conforming to OSA’s & NYSA’s minimum requirements
Any organization not fulfilling these requirements will not be able to attend the AGM in any capacity, and must cease any soccer activities within the North York and Ontario Soccer Associations.
Per our Constitution, failure to attend the AGM will result in a $50.00 fine.
